About Kyle Drain Cleaning

We do one family of jobs and we do them properly: drains that will not drain, and the sewer lines they run into. Everything on this site is work we carry out ourselves in Kyle and the towns around it.

How we work

A price before the machine comes out

You hear what we think it is, what clearing it involves and what it costs, and then you decide. Nothing starts on a shrug.

We say when a job is not worth doing

And equally, when work somebody else has quoted is not necessary. Being the company people call back is the whole business model.

Licensed and insured

We carry a plumbing licence and liability insurance, and we pull permits where the work calls for them. Ask to see either and we will show you.

Evidence, not opinion

Anything that has blocked twice gets a camera down it. You watch the screen with us and keep the footage.

We leave it clean

Drop cloths before anything is opened, the work area wiped down afterwards, and the spoil taken with us.

Why drains, and why Kyle

Because this is a corner of the plumbing trade where the local conditions genuinely decide the work. The clay under Hays County moves enough through a year to pull sewer joints apart, and the hard water out of the tap coats the inside of a kitchen line a little more with every wash. Both of those are slow problems that look like sudden ones the morning they finally stop the house.

Working the same soil and the same water day after day is how Kyle Drain Cleaning got useful at it. After enough laterals you stop guessing — you know what a gurgling toilet two rooms away is telling you, and you know which twenty-year-old kitchen branch needs jetting rather than another cable through the middle of it.

The town has also roughly doubled in a decade. A great many houses here are young enough that nobody expects trouble from them yet, and old enough that the ground has already had several goes at their laterals.

Where to find us

We are a mobile trade — the work happens at your property rather than at ours — but the address below is real and the phone is answered by somebody who does the job.

Frequently asked questions

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes — licensed for plumbing work in this jurisdiction and carrying liability insurance. Both are on paper and we are happy to show them before anyone starts on your drains.

What areas do you cover?

Kyle first, then Buda, San Marcos, Niederwald, Uhland, Mountain City and out toward Wimberley, Driftwood and Dripping Springs, plus the south edge of Austin.

Do you handle general plumbing as well?

Our work is drains and sewer lines. If what you actually have is a supply leak or a water heater, we will tell you that rather than take the visit.

What payment do you take?

Card, cheque and cash, on completion rather than up front.

Do you guarantee the work?

Cleared lines are tested under real flow before we leave, and what is covered is written on your invoice rather than promised at the door.
